Deer at the birdbath

Despite fences, gates, cats and a dog we still get occasional wild visitors. Most are welcome, although the bobcat that fed her young on my ducks several years ago was pushing the envelope. Still, it's nice to look out the window and see another "wild" animal visiting in the yard.

Over the years we've been visited by most of the local wild animals: badgers, skunks, raccoons, the bobcat, deer, wild pigs, the odd coyote, and rabbits. Visits from the wild pigs have fallen off since I strung barbed wire along the ground along the fence.
